New to CrossFit?

Step 1
Sign up below to set up a FREE One-on-One No Sweat consultation. The free intro is a private session with an All Day CrossFit Trainer. He or she will; give you a tour of our facility, discuss your fitness, health and wellness objectives and conduct an assessment on your squat movement, a cornerstone for functional fitness.
Step 2
After your FREE One-on-One No Sweat consultation and you have decided All Day CrossFit is right for you, select one of our monthly membership plans and we’ll schedule a personalized foundation course to prepare you for our CrossFit classes. A trainer will help you decide what is best for you based on your needs and current fitness level.
