High​ ​Fiber Pumpkin Spice​ ​Waffle Recipe

High​ ​Fiber Pumpkin Spice​ ​Waffle    

Ingredients
● 4 GG Bran Scandinavian Crispbread
Crackers
● 9 tbsp(s) egg whites
● 1 packet, Truvia Sweetner
● 1 tsp, Vanilla Extract
● 1⁄2 tsp, Cinnamon Spice
● 1⁄4 cup Pumpkin, raw (canned)
● Non-stick cooking spray of choice

Preparation
1. Turn​ ​waffle​ ​maker​ ​on​ ​to​ ​heat.
2. In​ ​a​ ​blender​ ​or​ ​Nutribullet/Ninja
pulverize​ ​GG​ ​Crispbread​ ​crackers​ ​until
course.
3. Add​ ​egg​ ​whites,​ ​sweetener,​ ​vanilla
extract,​ ​cinnamon,​ ​raw​ ​pumpkin​ ​and
pulse​ ​until​ ​smooth.
4. Once​ ​ready,​ ​spray​ ​both​ ​sides​ ​of​ ​waffle
maker​ ​with​ ​non-stick​ ​spray.​ ​Pour​ ​in
batter​ ​and​ ​cook​ ​about​ ​3-5​ ​minutes.
Note:​ ​cooking​ ​times​ ​may​ ​vary
depending​ ​on​ ​waffle​ ​maker.

Tips
Multiply the recipe to make extra and freeze
until you are ready to eat. Place in toaster
and enjoy!
